FT/40 hrs. Facilitate Wraparound process for Child and Family Teams. Maintain highly coordinated communication with all family members, system partners, and other individuals involved in the life of the child and family. Conduct or coordinate trainings linking staff to community-based resources that may enrich or support the Wraparound process with current or graduated families. FT/40 hrs. The Child and Family Specialist, under the guidance of the Program Supervisor and functioning as a member of an assigned team, provides direct service to children and families. This position works independently in the family’s home, and in a variety of community and/or treatment settings. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, one-year experience working with high-risk youth, or an Associate’s degree in a related field plus two (2) years’ experience working with high-risk youth and must be bi-lingual.

Parent Partner (Glendale)

FT/40 hrs. The Parent Partner is responsible for providing guidance and support to families or caregivers in a variety of environments by utilizing the Shared Core Practice Model, Four Step Process and Wraparound principles to guide families through the process. This position will work independently in the family’s home and in a variety of community and/or treatment settings. The Parent Partner serves as a liaison for parent involvement and co-facilitates parent support group. In coordination the Wraparound team, the Parent Partner will develop and implement client treatment plans specific to the client’s diagnosis. Qualified candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and currently be, or have been, the parent or primary caregiver (not foster parent) who has/had 24/7 legal responsibility of a child/youth who received services from the Department of Mental Health, Department of Child and Family Services, Probation Department, or Regional Center.

FT/40 hrs. This position is responsible for supervising the performance of services authorized by Los Angeles Mental Health contract and providing consultation and supervision on clinical cases. This position is responsible for providing individual and group supervision Qualified candidates must have their LCSW license minimum of two years, a minimum of 3 years of related experience, and be able to provide CA BBS approved clinical supervision to registered MSW and MFT interns (ASW and MFTI).

Clinician (Bellflower/Long Beach)

FT/ 40 hrs. This position is responsible for providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults enrolled in our Mental Health programs. Develop and implement client treatment plans, provide related services such as case management and collateral care. Work in collaboration with other Mental Health staff including Clinicians, Psychiatrists, TBS/Behavioral Coaches, and other program’s staff. Housing and Intake Specialist (Bellflower)

FT/40 hrs. The Housing and Intake Specialist will be responsible for administration of the intake department and the intake process leading to the placement of a young adult in the THP+FC program. The Housing and Intake Specialist will also be responsible for identifying and locating housing options suitable for our participants, as well as creating and maintain linkages with property managers. The Housing and Intake Specialist will be responsible for preparing the items needed for client’s move in. Licensing Coordinator (Bellevue)

FT/40 hrs. Oversees foster home licensing in assigned geographic area. Responsible for licensing and re-licensing process, recruiting and retaining foster homes, and providing quality customer service. Ensures compliance with Licensing Division requirements and investigates licensing complaints. Qualified candidates must have a BA in Social Services or a related field and knowledge of/previous experience with foster care licensing. Case Manager (Tacoma)

FT/40 hrs. Provide case management services to 18-25 children. Supervise the intake for each placement, ensuring that each child’s needs are met, and provide support for the child and foster parents.
