Church Engagement Associate (Riverside)

FT/40 hrs.  The Church Engagement Associate is responsible for the execution of Olive Crest’s church engagement strategy in assigned areas of Riverside and San Bernardino Counties with the goal of developing sustainable church ministries caring for families in crisis and at risk children. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or at least four years of relevant experience. Ability to communicate and work effectively with members of the faith community as well as with staff and volunteers involved in church and community outreach activities. Residential Program Director (Perris)

FT/40hrs. Directs and evaluates program operations for regional short term residential facilities in accordance with the values and standards of the organization. This includes total responsibility for residential personnel and the provision of intensive care, supervision, and core service delivery, excluding specialty mental health services. Qualified candidates must have a master’s degree in a behavioral science, plus two years of employment as a social worker or a bachelor’s degree, plus at least three years administrative experience or supervisory experience over social work, direct care staff providing direct services to children in an agency with a licensed capacity of six or more. Youth Partner (Perris)

FT, PT and On-Call. Responsible for the supervision of youth (males, ages 12-18) in a residential group home. This includes mentoring and being a good role model, teaching independent living skills, behavior modifications and crisis management. Qualified applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Lead Behavioral Health Specialist (Riverside)

FT/40 hrs. Provide hands on training and ongoing direction to Wraparound program staff. Assist the Program with the development of Behavior Specialists, including but not limited to: mentoring, coaching and training to the Wraparound process, engaging in problem solving and feedback, coaching Behavior Specialists to follow best practices in adherence to Wraparound policies and procedures. Attend Family Team Meetings and CFT’s to provide coaching for staff in the Wraparound Process, policies, and procedures, and maintain follow through on policies with existing staff. FT/40hrs. Completes initial assessments, for all children referred to the program(s), within established timelines. Gathers information to gain a complete clinical picture of each client.  Interviews clients and/or significant support persons, administering, scoring and analyzing psychological tests, plus observing the client in a setting such as school or activities. Prepares discharge summaries to document the termination and/or transition of services and/or to provide closure for a service episode or referrals as appropriate to preserve continuity of care. FT/40 hrs. The Adoption Social Worker works independently with adequate supervision to provide a range of services offered by Olive Crest within the scope of foster/adoption. They will be responsible for clinically assessing individuals and couples as part of the home study completion process, culminating in the written SAFE assessment document. They will also collaborate with co-workers and other professionals, as well as advocating for applicants as they go through the process, and conduct and facilitate trainings to educate and meet the needs of foster/adoptive parents. Community Engagement

Community Engagement Associate (Bellflower/Glendale)

PT/15-20 hrs. The CE Associate is responsible for the execution of Olive Crest’s church engagement strategy in assigned areas of Los Angeles County with the goal of developing sustainable church ministries caring for families in crisis and at-risk children. Additional responsibilities will include working alongside work alongside the Community Engagement Director to create awareness and build sustainable church ministries. Accounting Clerk (Santa Ana)

FT/40 hrs.  Responsible to provide accounting and clerical assistance to the Accounting department including payroll processing, accounts receivable, and other tasks as needed. This position will also be required to work closely with the human resources department on some shared tasks.  Must have a minimum of three years administrative experience and a working knowledge of basic accounting practices.  Payroll experience is a plus. Community Engagement

Community Engagement Director (Bellevue) 

FT/40 hrs. Reporting to the Executive Director (ED), this position provides leadership and direction of the overall strategy for recruiting churches and the community to develop additional licensed foster families, increase individual and corporate volunteerism, develop new funding opportunities through churches and corporations. This will be accomplished primarily through the engagement, development and management of church, community, and corporate involvement in all aspects of Olive Crest programs in the Pacific Northwest. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or additional relevant experience, a proven track record of successfully navigating community and corporate relationships, and excellent communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Unpaid Church Engagement Intern (Bellevue)

PT/10-20 hrs. Intern will help support local churches who are launching Wraparound Care Communities to support foster families. Responsible for providing administrative support to the Church Engagement team, helping schedule and support volunteer orientations, and assisting with regional church advocates video gatherings.
