Every girl wants to shine and feel special at her prom. Olive Crest’s Shimmer & Share Prom Dress Selection Event makes that dream come true. The annual event, held at Olive Crest in Bellflower, provided prom dresses for high school seniors and juniors who otherwise would not be able to afford them. (Seniors also received a bonus dress for graduation!)
Hundreds of girls from all over Los Angeles County were able to choose the perfect dress from more than 830 gorgeous donated selections. Fabulous shoes and accessories helped complete their prom night outfits. And, ABC7 was there to shine a spotlight on these beautiful and deserving young women, bringing awareness to Olive Crest’s community services.
